We're a farm. Most CBD brands buy extract from someone else and put their label on it.

We grow the hemp in Hope Valley, Rhode Island, on the state's only Certified Organic hemp farm, make our own extract, and handcraft the finished products in our own certified kitchen. Because the whole chain happens here, we can tell you where everything came from, and we publish the lab results for every batch.

A diversified, certified organic one. Our hemp grows alongside flowers, pollinator plants, food crops, fruit trees, and native flora. We use regenerative and biological practices and no synthetic chemicals on our hemp. Instead of spraying, we work with the biology of the farm so the field can handle pests and pathogens on its own.

We use both aerosol and ethanol extraction from hemp we grew.

Aerosol and ethanol both pull a broad range of the plant's compounds. We then refine it into the extract that goes into our products.

Our own hemp extract, a carrier oil, and naturally derived botanical ingredients. Depending on the product, it can include essential oils, plant extracts, coconut oil, or fractionated coconut (MCT) oil.

Our CBD+ formulas add botanicals traditionally used in herbal preparations: chamomile, California poppy and passionflower in Sleep, ginger, rosemary and red ginseng in Focus, arnica and menthol in the topicals. Full ingredient lists are on each product page and on the package.

CBD is cannabidiol, one of many compounds found in cannabis plants. Hemp is cannabis containing no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight, which is how federal law defines it.

CBD is non-intoxicating. It does not produce the high associated with THC.

People use it as part of a personal routine. We can't tell you more than that, and here's why.

We don't make claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Research into cannabinoids is still developing. What we can do is explain the plant, our products, how they're made, and how to use them according to the label.

CBG, or cannabigerol, is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis. Like CBD, it is generally considered non-intoxicating. Research on CBG is still developing, with early human studies exploring its safety and potential effects. CBN, or cannabinol, is another naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp and cannabis. It is generally considered non-intoxicating. CBN has been studied for its potential relationship with sleep, but the research is still limited. A 2024 randomized, placebo-controlled study found that 20 mg of CBN taken nightly reduced nighttime awakenings and overall sleep disturbance, though more research is needed. Read the study. Many of our products contain trace amounts of THC, but our CBD+ Lifted line has the largest compliant amount for hemp-derived THC for adults 21 and over in Rhode Island.

Lifted products contain hemp-derived delta-9 THC in stated milligram amounts and are intended to be microdosed, or considered mildly intoxicating. They live in their own section of the site, away from our CBD products, so nobody buys one by accident.

Three different things, and every product page says which it is.

Full-spectrum keeps the widest range of the plant's compounds, including THC below the federal 0.3% limit. THC-free is made from CBD isolate and contains no THC at all, nor any other cannabinoids. Broad-spectrum keeps multiple cannabinoids but removes the THC.

Micro-dosing THC is about taking a small, intentional amount rather than consuming more than you need. For some people, a lower dose can be a comfortable way to explore THC while staying mindful of how it fits into their routine.

Everyone responds to THC differently, and factors like body chemistry, tolerance, metabolism, and whether you've eaten can all influence the experience. That's why we believe in starting low, going slow, and paying attention to how your body responds.

Start with the format you'll actually use. That matters more than strength.

Gummies if you want the serving decided for you. Tinctures if you want to control it. Topicals if you want it in one place rather than throughout. Capsules if you already take supplements in the morning. Flower if you'd rather inhale it and want the fastest onset.

Start at the lowest serving on your product's label and keep it there for at least a week.

There's no universal serving size. Response varies by person, product, and format. Changing the amount every day tells you nothing, so give each change a week before you judge it.

Before you write it off, check three things: are you following the serving instructions, have you been consistent for at least a couple of weeks, and is the format right for what you're doing?

A different format or a different cannabinoid profile is often the actual answer. Email us with what you tried and we'll tell you what we'd change. If a product isn’t working, usually customers aren’t taking the proper dosage.

Depends on the product and how often you use it, but most people get four to eight weeks from a bottle.

Store it somewhere cool and dark. Many of our products come in amber glass or opaque packaging to limit light exposure, and storage still matters.

Independent, state-licensed laboratories test every batch for cannabinoid potency, heavy metals, and pesticides. Flower is also tested for microbials.

We can't promise how any test will read.

If a THC test is a concern, our THC-free isolate products are the ones to look at, and you can read the batch report before you buy. Our full-spectrum products contain THC below the federal limit, and our Lifted products contain THC deliberately. Talk to your employer or testing provider if the stakes are high.
